Rumble in the Grumble.

Lunch!  It is always on our minds. When we step into the office or our place of work we wonder about what we are going to eat for lunch and who is our lunch date.  Wink. Wink.

Nonetheless it is always best to remember "Less is More".  Too many times we overeat at lunch time and regress into a groggy mode.  Bring on the indigestion & the antacid! A simple lunch of a piece of lean meat like fish or chicken along with greens will not only satisfy those hunger pangs but also will not leave you feeling as if you need to unbutton your shirt.  Think healthy!
